Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Review

Once you've submitted your application, a member of our team will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email. 
Stage 2

Informal Chat

A 20-minute conversation with a talent team member will be organized to explore if we are a potential match for each other and to allow you to ask any questions about the role, company, process, etc. 

We will provide clear next steps and a timeline and will always follow up with you shortly afterwards if we decide to proceed with an interview. 
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

If things are still looking good, we'll schedule a 45 minute interview with you and your potential future manager. We'll be looking to understand more about your experience, how that fits the role, and what you hope to gain from your time at Knowles. 

We'll be transparent and honest. Nothing's off the table. So if you have questions from the last call, please ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us as it is about us qualifying you. 
Stage 4

Welcome to Knowles!

If we decide to move forward with an offer to join the Knowles team, a talent team member will reach out to you with further details. 

If we decide to not move forward with your application, we will notify you via email or a phone call.
