Hi, I'm Cassandra Nadeau, the Global Director of Continuous Improvement at Knowles.
Our Continuous Improvement team is focused on Process Optimization, Elimination of Waste, and the Transformation of the Knowles Culture through implementation of agile processes. My job is to:

- Develop the team to define global standards for Operational Excellence
- Train employees throughout the organization on Lean manufacturing principles
- Facilitate continuous improvement activities and track KPIs to quantify the impact of improvement projects

As a Continuous Improvement leader, I care about efficiency, elimination of waste, and supporting my fellow employees through implementation of positive changes.
I enjoy working at Knowles because I have been exposed to many unique opportunities to develop my personal toolkit for best practices in manufacturing and process development, but also the toolkit of others through leadership roles.
I enjoy working at Knowles because I have been exposed to many unique opportunities to develop my personal toolkit for best practices in manufacturing and process development, but also the toolkit of others through leadership roles.
Most of my Operations focused experience is in Operations Management, Process Engineering, and Leadership but I've also spent time in Customer facing interactions, Quality Management, and Project Management. I'm excited to grow the Continuous Improvement/Lean function at Knowles and can't wait to see what we can achieve together.
