Hi, I'm Brian Brooks, the Talent Acquisition Manager at Knowles Precision Devices.
Our Talent Acquisition team is hyper-focused on developing an inspirational culture to inform, attract, influence, and hire the highest quality candidates from the world's diverse talent pool while providing a one-of-a-kind candidate experience. My job is to:
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition experts who love what they do and are passionate about helping you achieve your next career goal with an exceptional organization.
- Collaborate with HR Managers and plant leaders to deploy recruiting strategies and marketing techniques to meet defined metrics, goals, and targeted objective timelines.
- Transform how we operate by providing external employment market expertise, advising leadership on trends and availability of talent in identified markets, hiring needs, and recruiting practices of talent competitors.
- Champion innovative strategy, leveraging available tools to include social media, company website, job boards, and team member ownership and engagement.
