Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Review

Once we've received your application, a talent acquisition team member will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible via email.
Stage 2

Initial Chat

Our Talent team will have a brief conversation with you to discuss your interests in the role and your previous experience and you will also have an opportunity to ask us any questions you may have. 

We will provide next steps if this seems like a good fit for you and Knowles. 
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

This stage in the hiring process is to meet and be interviewed by the hiring manager. We'll learn more about your experience, how that fits the role, and what you hope to gain from your time at Knowles. 

If you have any questions from your last call, please ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us as it is about us qualifying you. 
Stage 4

Hired

Once our entire team has made a decision, our talent team will notify you of the next steps.
